Is this a hotel with glitz and glamour? It’s not. Is this a 5-star hotel with uniformed bell hops? It’s not. Is it without its flaws? It’s not. What it is is a great budget friendly hotel with spacious rooms and a friendly and helpful front desk. Our “room” was really a 2 bedroom apartment with a living area and full kitchen. Clean with comfortable beds. It was worn in places, but that didn’t bother us. This place would be perfect for a family on a budget visiting Montreal for a couple of days or longer.

Appreciated front desk staff, cleanliness, location, comfortable bed, full apartment, quiet, shower & fitness room. This is definitely a no frills, utility accomodation like a 1960's college dorm. I arrived about an hour earlier than check-in time & they told me my room was ready. But they wouldn't allow me access without a $20 fee. I've traveled extensively for work for decades & never had that experience. Having paid for 4 nights, this seemed greedy & tacky. The dishwasher was falling out of its cabinet, the desk chair was broken & the tub very slippery so needed a bath mat. They tended to all these before I returned that night.

It was good for what we needed, a budget friendly option close to where my family was staying. We just needed something clean and safe with running hot water and it was just that. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was mostly equipped, I wouldn't go so far as to say FULLY equipped. The staff was great, location was easily accessible and close to a lot of food places and a convenience store nearby. If I'm on a budget I'd gladly return there.

Nice spacious room, clean but older hotel. Amazing staff and location. We walked everywhere and loved it. Bus station is right in front too. We will definitely come back

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel while I was in Montreal for a few days. The staff and reception were friendly and nice, the rooms spacious and clean and the kitchen was an excellent amenity to have. The best part was that it was not even expensive to rent for a few nights working out to about 100$ per night. I’d stay here again, it’s a decent hotel.

A solid 3 star hotel, better than some of the big chain hotels. Were guests 2 years ago and currently staying here with the family. Some of the staff were the same as 2 years ago. The hotel maintains its property well. Our suites were clean and functional, although some furniture were outdated and the mattresses were lumpy in some places. Our rooms were quiet and the appliances all worked. If we need anything or if there were any issues, the staff were very happy to assist immediately. Close to metro and bus stops and walkable to many attractions. This hotel will be our go-to hotel in Montreal.

We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, but our room was already ready, which was great. The room had everything we needed utensils, pots, and other essentials. I stayed for one night with my dog. The location was excellent, just within walking distance of most tourist spots. Parking was underground and cost around $35+, a bit pricey but convenient though other hotels dont charge. The only downside was the $60 pet fee for our small dog (14 lbs). This was the highest charge I’ve encountered, as most hotels across Canada don’t charge that much for small pets. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, but the pet fee was a bit disappointing.

I’m not sure what the standard for Hotels are in Montreal but I think I lucked out with this place. I was in a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed. It was so peaceful, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was equipped for most part. Everything worked and I was so comfortable, I was sad to leave. Washers and dryers are free to use downstairs, what a plus. The lobby is tiny but the front desk people are so helpful. I highly recommend this place for functionality, homey feeling, and comfort. I slept very well.
